The prospect has a goal. You believe you have the solution. Your job is to transfer that belief to them until they see it as clearly as you do.

Skill (1-10) x Conviction (1-100) = Closing %. Conviction matters 10x more than skill.

3. The Conviction Drop-Off

New reps start strong because their conviction is sky-high after onboarding. But over time, they get unsold. If you ever feel your belief slipping, pause, recharge, and reconnect with why your offer matters.

4. Energy Matters More Than You Think

Two ways to boost energy before a call: Video exercise right before the meeting, or physical movement like push-ups to get slightly out of breath.
