Diagnosing low performance:

  • Low views = profile or search ranking problem (fix: keywords, title, niche focus)
  • High views, low replies = cover letter problem (fix: opening line, personalization, CTA)
  • High replies, low calls = pre-qualification problem (fix: BAT filter, urgency)
  • High calls, low closes = sales skills problem (fix: conviction, objection handling)

A/B testing your proposals: Change ONE variable at a time. Test your opening line for 20 bids. If reply rate improves, keep it. Then test the next variable.
