- Based on the last 24 months of contract outcomes
- Includes all contracts - even ones with no feedback
- Long-term contracts count more than short ones
- No feedback (not bad feedback) still counts against you if the contract ended without a review
JSS improvement tactics:
- Close inactive contracts proactively rather than letting them sit
- Pursue longer-term contracts - they carry more weight
- Avoid contracts you can't complete successfully (bad JSS is worse than no JSS)
- Request feedback on contracts where the client was happy but didn't leave a review
JSS recovery: If your JSS is below 90%, focus on 3-4 new successful long-term contracts. They dilute the negative history faster than any other tactic.
