Why two agencies:

  1. Safety: If one account gets blocked or restricted, you don't lose everything.
  2. Flexibility: Use one agency for one niche and the other for something completely different.
  3. Pricing strategy: One agency charging $50/hour, another at $30/hour. Clients with different budgets can still work with you.

Cross-bidding strategy: Apply for the same jobs from both agencies. This increases your reply chances and helps you win more contracts. With the current Upwork algorithm, applying from both agencies gives you higher chances of getting noticed.

Client view of agencies: To clients, it looks the same as any freelancer applying. Don't worry about your view rate - it doesn't go down just because you're working under an agency.

Managing sales with two agencies: Have two different closers, one for each agency. If the client books calls with both, the process looks professional.
